Return Policy

Because African Grey parrots are live animals, we do not offer standard returns once a bird has been placed in a new home. This policy protects the health, safety, and biosecurity of all birds in our care.

Health Guarantee Protection

Each parrot is placed with a one-year health guarantee covering congenital or hereditary conditions. We strongly recommend scheduling a wellness exam with a licensed avian veterinarian within 0–72 hours of receiving your bird.

If a serious health concern is identified within that initial window, documentation from a qualified veterinarian must be provided so we can review the situation under the terms of our guarantee.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns are not accepted due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Household adjustments

  • Allergies

  • Landlord or housing restrictions

  • Compatibility concerns

  • Personal circumstances unrelated to the bird’s health

We encourage families to carefully evaluate readiness before placing a reservation.

Our Commitment

We are committed to responsible placement and clear communication. Before any deposit is accepted, we explain readiness timing, pickup or delivery arrangements, and guarantee terms in writing to avoid misunderstandings.
